OUR STORY
"Family Discovered"
"Neighbors trading games"
The Toy Chests of America project was born in Fond du Lac, WI amidst the Covid-19 pandemic when our family discovered the need for safe, family orientated, educational activities that would allow us to stay entertained without breaking the bank on all new games and puzzles.
Like many other families, we were running out of ideas with what to do with our children. We started trading our board games with our neighbors, and they loved the idea! Instantly, we got to work and started spreading the word about our Toy Chest project.
Bring a Game, Take a Game
Similar to the "Little Free Library" movement that has popped up across the US in recent years, the "Toy Chests of America" project is where the community can share their gently used board games, puzzles, and activity sets for new families to love and enjoy.
This project is a wonderful way to promote quality family time in a safe environment.
